Hey guys, it's been 4 weeks since I sent in my broken SSD. I've called the RMA line a number of times, only to be told that they are looking into it, and will get back to me, which they never do. (5 calls so far, no email or calls back) Last time I was told that the replacement drive was not in stock, but they didn't know when, but it would hopefully be soon.
It seems like people are getting their questions answered over here, and since I feel like I'm just barking up the wrong tree calling direct to the RMA line (which seems backwards, but so be it), I was hoping I could get a little help over here.

Thanks a bunch for any help you can provide.
According USPS tracking, my memory kit was received last Monday, Aug 2.
My desktop has been out of commission since I had to return both sticks even though only one was defective.
I'm hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible.
Thanks.
